Who We Are

Building on a decade-long legacy of serving the Muslims of North America, The Sirat Initiative was founded in 2020 with the aim, by Allah’s grace, of continuing that legacy of service rooted in addressing the challenges that confront Muslims in the West by inspiring a spiritual revival anchored in the sacred teachings of the Islamic tradition. Our focus predominantly centers on enriching the family unit through experiential-based programs, guided by our motto to cultivate meaningful experiences.

Mission: To cultivate meaningful experiences for all Muslim Americans, aiding them on their spiritual journey by leveraging and disseminating the sacred wisdoms and teachings of the Ithnā ʿAsharī tradition.

Vision: A Muslim community firmly rooted in tradition, equipped to address modern challenges, and committed to wayfaring on the path to God.
